At 1 Click Merch, we offer high-quality, custom-printed products made specifically for you. Due to the personalization of our items, we cannot accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

Non-returnable Items

Since each product is made to your design and specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom-printed items (e.g., clothing, accessories, promotional materials)
• Personalized orders

Order Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, we immediately begin the production process. Therefore, cancellations are not possible after 24 hours from the time of purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within this timeframe at info@1clickmerch.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

Sometimes things don't go as planned. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will be happy to work on a solution with a replacement or refund.
